The Independent Living Services (ILS) Alliance is a growing nationwide network connecting teens and young adults with professionals, businesses, and life-changing opportunities. Through mentorship, job training, and real-world exposure to various industries, we help equip youth with the tools and support needed for success. Our partners go beyond just listing their services, they engage directly with young people, offering guidance, job-shadowing, and even career pathways.

Through mentorship, hands-on experiences, and a nationwide network of committed partners, we strive to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and relationships they need to build independent, successful lives.
